1. How do I know that the online ordering process is secure?
GMD of Grace International Group LLC is committed to making a safe and secure environment for all of your online transactions. Whenever necessary, GMD of Grace International Group LLC will request certain information (such as credit cards information) from you on receiving an order, which can allow us to confirm the cardholder authenticity. The information requested is used to verify that the cardholder is the person who is ordering the product. GMD would ask you to enter your business/professional email when placing your order, as well as full invoice details, to ensure that we can process your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
GMD of Grace International Group LLC take all efforts and special steps to protect you and your credit card information. When you place an order on our site all of the information provided by you is encrypted using SSL 128 Bit Encryption, which safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy. As an additional security our online payment transactions need the CVV number of your credit/debit card to guard against card fraud. GMD may, on occasion, call or email the cardholder to confirm the transaction prior to dispatch. Sometimes we also request that a company email address is provided if possible.
2. How will I receive my electronic products?
GMD reports/products are typically delivered electronically via email within one business day (if the reports/products are from GMD) from receipt of your order and payment if not sooner. If the reports/products are from GMD's suppliers or affiliates, the order will be delivered electronically via email within two business days upon receipt of your order and full payment unless otherwise indicated (some reports need more time to update or customize). In order to ensure that our delivery email isn't mistakenly sent to the Spam/Trash folder of your email box, please whitelist our email address.
3. What should I do if I have not received my ordered products/reports beyond the scheduled time frame (1 or 2 business days)?
To ensure a smooth delivery of your order, please make sure that there is enough room in your inbox to receive large attachments, and also verify that your email account is set up in a way to be able to receive both attached PDF and Word documents. In some rare cases that your order is not sent to you within 24 hours (if the reports/products are from GMD) or 48 hours (if the reports/products are from GMD's affiliates or suppliers), GMD will send an Email to explain the delay and notify the next delivery time frame. 4. Does GMD require a full payment before ordered products/reports are dispatched?
GMD is unable to arrange for order dispatch until a full payment has been received for that order.
5. What is the refund/return policy of GMD at Grace International Group LLC?
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for ordered reports/products due to the nature of the reports/products we sell because the digital goods are literally consumed once they are accessed or read by buyers. Before you place an order, try to read all available information about a report/product and if you have any questions/queries please feel free to contact us right away. GMD would be more than happy to help you get more information about the digital products you are interested in.
6. What is the cancellation policy of GMD at Grace International Group LLC?
In general, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. GMD cannot accept any cancellation of a completed order and your order will be sent over within 1-2 business days unless otherwise indicated (some reports need more time to update or customize). When placing an order with GMD, you agree to our Terms of Service which can be seen on GMD website.
